Program 1-800-999-5090 (Access Number) as Speed Dial to SAVE TIME.  This way you don’t have to dial the FLEX Plan access number every time you place a call.

1. To place another call without hanging up, JUST PRESS ##
2. To redial a number without hanging up, JUST PRESS*#

If your call doesn’t go through the first time you try, DON”T HANG UP, PRESS ##, redial the number and PRESS *# and the system will try the next carrier in route, to that particular destination.

IMPORTANT:
1.  Every time you make a call the system will read you the balance and the minutes you used
    to that destination.
2.  If your getting low on minutes, our system will either prompt you when $3.00 is left or
    automatically recharge your account with the initial sign up account, whichever you
    request.
