How can I use The FLEX PLAN when I already have a Long Distance or Wireless Service Provider?
TEL3Advantage does not require you to switch your long distance or wireless service provider. When you sign up for an account, you will receive an access number (1-800-999-5090), which will allow you to use the service from your HOME, OFFICE, CELL PHONE and FAX. Just dial the access number and the number you wish to reach.

With TEL3Advantage you have two ways to make calls – Toll Free or Local Access. You can make calls using our Toll-Free Access Number 1800-999-5090 which is easy to remember, just think every time I use TEL3Advantage I save 50 to 90% on all calls I make. However to provide you with additional savings TEL3Advantage has recently added Local Access Numbers, that will provide you with an additional 1¢ per minute saving to anywhere you call. So whatever the per minute rate to the destination you wish to call just subtract 1¢ per minute to get the Local Access Rate.

What is the difference between a Phone card and THE FLEX PLAN?
Unlike phone cards that advertise misleading "low rates", our rates are clean, with no additional hidden fees or taxes. Consumers should realize that in most cases calling cards have numerous hidden fees and the minutes promised are received only for one continuous call. Consumers should also keep in mind that most calling cards require you to enter a PIN for every call. This is particularly inconvenient if the user is on the go or misplaces their prepaid calling card. THE FLEX PLAN is the only program that remembers the user’s phone numbers and does not require you to enter a PIN. Plus, THE FLEX PLAN is a one-time purchase as opposed to buying a new phone card every time one runs out.

How do I place a Long Distance call from any phone using TEL3Advantage’s Flex Plan?
After sign-up, you can simply dial the TEL3Advantage Access Number (1800-999-5090) followed by the destination number you wish to call. When you make a call from a phone number you registered at sign up, our system will recognize the caller ID and you will not be required to dial your account or PIN number.

How do I make an International long-distance call?

Can I make consecutive calls without hanging up?
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS IMPORTANT and very useful to know when you use the TEL# system to make calls from your mobile or any other phone.

What if I need to make a call from a phone that isn’t one of my 10 Instant Access numbers?
If a user needs to make a call from a phone number that is not on their Quick Pin Access number list, they simply need to dial the access number: 1-800-999-5090, followed by their account number and personal PIN number, and then the number they wish to call. This way THE FLEX PLAN can be used from any phone you desire.

How do I get a PIN number?
You will be asked to create a 4 digit PIN number at sign up right after you register you primary phone number.

What are Speed Dial numbers?
The user can enter up to 99 speed dial numbers online, and assign them 2 digit codes. This list can be printed out so that whenever the user wants to reach one of these numbers they just dial the access number, 1800-999-5090 and the 2-digit speed dial number.

You can always save the TEL3 Advantage Access Number in your speed dial and enter your destination number at the tone. Even better, save the Access Number followed by the pause button and then program 011 and your international number for one touch dialing.

Why do some countries have a higher rate to call a mobile phone within that country?
In some countries mobile users do not pay to receive a call on their mobile phone. This is known as calling party pays. Mobile carriers therefore charge more to the calling party to connect the call.

Can I get the same rates calling from my home phone?
Yes, you can use THE FLEX PLAN from any phone including your home phone. Just register your home phone at sign up as an Instant Access Number so you can use our system and access our low rates from the convenience of your home without having to dial a PIN number.

How do I check my balance?

You get $8.99 worth of free talk time when you sign up for the TEL3Advantage plan. You can use the Free talk time to call any destination of your choice, to calculate the minutes you will receive just divide $8.99 by the rate for the country you wish to call.

What are the Instant Access numbers?
You can program up to 10 Instant Access numbers via our website or by calling Customer Service. These are phone numbers that you expect to make frequent calls from. Anytime you place a call from any of these numbers, you will only have to dial the access number: 1-800-999-5090 followed by the number that you wish to call. By registering these phone numbers (cell or others), you alleviate the inconvenience of entering the account number and PIN each time you make a call. With this feature you can easily access the service from the convenience of your MOBILE PHONE, HOME, OFFICE, and FAX.

How quickly can I begin using the service after registration?
IMMEDIATELY!  Upon credit card authorization, you account is automatically active and ready for use.
